At VIDHYARTHISEVA, we are committed to maintaining a disciplined, ethical, and success-oriented learning environment. This Mandatory Policy outlines the essential rules, obligations, and expectations for all participants enrolled in or associated with our programs.
- Eligibility and Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the prescribed fees.
Admission once confirmed is non-transferable and non-refundable, except under special circumstances approved by the management.
- Code of Conduct
All students and staff must maintain professional behavior, discipline, and respect toward peers, mentors, and the institution.
Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate suspension or termination.
Disruptive behavior during classes or exams will not be tolerated.
- Attendance and Participation
A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions and test series.
Students must actively participate in assessments, doubt-solving sessions, and mentorship calls.
Repeated absences without valid reason may lead to disqualification from performance-based benefits or removal from the program.
- Use of Study Material
All content (videos, notes, tests) provided by VIDHYARTHISEVA is for personal academic use only.
Any form of reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing is a violation of intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.
- Confidentiality and Communication
Students must not disclose any internal updates, strategies, or mentor details publicly without permission.
Official communication shall be made through registered email, WhatsApp groups, or VIDHYARTHISEVA’s web/app platform only.
- Fees and Payments
All fees must be paid in full as per the payment schedule.
Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of access until cleared.
- Technology Usage
Misuse of the platform, including attempts to hack, modify, or disrupt online tests or sessions, will result in immediate expulsion.
Students must ensure a stable internet connection for online activities.
- Mentor Interaction
Students must communicate with mentors respectfully and only through official channels.
Direct contact outside permitted channels without authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Grievance Redressal
Any concerns or complaints must be raised formally via email at vidhyarthiseva7@gmail.com or via the student dashboard.
We ensure fair and timely resolution within 7 business days.
- Policy Violation
Any violation of this policy may result in:
Warning notice
Suspension from ongoing sessions
Termination from the program without refund
Legal action, if required
