Return & Refund Policy – Vidhyarthi Seva
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not meet the specifications of your original order, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. If not reported within this time frame, we will not be responsible for any replacement.
Vidhyarthi Seva will verify the legitimacy of your complaint, and if found genuine, we will notify the concerned Provider and request a replacement. However, if false or frivolous complaints are raised, Vidhyarthi Seva reserves the right to take legal action and recover any costs incurred.
Important Notes:
Returns are accepted only for unused products/services.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Do not accept delivery if the packaging is damaged or tampered; report it immediately.
The return process may be restricted based on the product type and category.
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):
Downloadable software products
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:
Book with visible signs of use
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-15 days.
Late or missing refunds:
Check your bank account or contact your credit card company
Contact your bank as processing may take time
If you still haven’t received the refund, reach out to us via email
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us by email to initiate an exchange.
Gifts:
If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit. If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping for Returns:
You are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If you get a refund, return shipping will be deducted from it
Ensure return items are securely packaged
For items over ₹5000, consider tracking or insurance
