Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the prescribed fees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Admission once confirmed is non-transferable and non-refundable, except under special circumstances approved by the management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All students and staff must maintain professional behavior, discipline, and respect toward peers, mentors, and the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate suspension or termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Disruptive behavior during classes or exams will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions and test series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students must actively participate in assessments, doubt-solving sessions, and mentorship calls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Repeated absences without valid reason may lead to disqualification from performance-based benefits or removal from the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All content (videos, notes, tests) provided by VIDHYARTHISEVA is for personal academic use only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any form of reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing is a violation of intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students must not disclose any internal updates, strategies, or mentor details publicly without permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Official communication shall be made through registered email, WhatsApp groups, or VIDHYARTHISEVA\u2019s web\/app platform only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All fees must be paid in full as per the payment schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of access until cleared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Misuse of the platform, including attempts to hack, modify, or disrupt online tests or sessions, will result in immediate expulsion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students must ensure a stable internet connection for online activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students must communicate with mentors respectfully and only through official channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Direct contact outside permitted channels without authorization is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any concerns or complaints must be raised formally via email at vidhyarthiseva7@gmail.com or via the student dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We ensure fair and timely resolution within 7 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any violation of this policy may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Warning notice<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Suspension from ongoing sessions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Termination from the program without refund<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Legal action, if required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
